Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I made up our own Prenuptial agreement. We both signed it an hour before our wedding and it was witnessed by the best man. It was not notarized. Now we are getting divorced. Is this agreement considered a legal contract that would hold up in court?
