Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Me and my husband were married in the UK in 2006 ...we were both Active duty military. We now want a divorce. I am no longer Active duty military and we seperated I live in Philadelphia PA. He is stationed and resides in New Mexico. We have one child together. What is the process of us getting a divorce as quickly as possible and is there a way that he be responsible to pay any legal fees since I am unemployed?

If you have lived in PA for six months or more, you can file in PA. If she consents, which I assume she will, it be over with within four honths, and possibly sooner if you have been separated for more than 2 years.
