Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I have been married for 10 1/2 years. His ex wife is in debt so bad that it seems she will never see the light of day. Unfortunately we are getting calls ALL THE TIME regarding unpaid bills, money due, etc. Is there anything we can do to stop these calls. I am going to presume it is because he used to be married to her. She has always been a thorn in my side as well as my husbands and their daughters. Their daughters have also been getting some calls in the past, but not like us. This is an every week thing. I left all the other horrible things she did slide like calling us and letting long messages, sending us post cards to brag about where she has been, long letters, but this has got to stop, 10 1/2 years is long enough for me to take this harrassment and that is exactly what it is. Thank you in advance for your advice.

I'm not sure this is a family law issue or a debt collection issue. Debt collectors can be made to leave you alone or if they don't be made to pay for calling you.
