Can husband take money?
If I open an account in my name and my sons to stash for a divorce that husband says is apparently going to happen when the kids are 18 (I'll bet before then) can he take or would be entitled to half?

He might be able to claim it but then again maybe not. If you fund your account from your earnings he would have a tough time arguing it was a marital asset. Especially if he was doing the same thing. Or he tries to use your joint accounts to finance the divorce.
