Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

A husband has the mortgage and deed in his name only. The wife wants the house. Can the divorce decree state that the wife is required to refinance or if the wife defaults on the loan that possession would revert back to the husband?

The divorce decree just says the divorce is final. A marriage settlement agreement can be used to divide the marital estate.
