Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My husband and I have an open relationship, and he told me to do things with other guy, and I did. Now we are fighting and might be getting a divorce we have a 5month old daughter, and he says that he will get primary custody because I "Cheated" on him. I'm wondering if this is true or not?

The word your looking for is condonation. Or in New York terms forgiveness. That is if you committed adultery and your husband knew of it and then had sex with you he is considered to condone your actions and that is a defense to a divorce based on adultery.
