Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband passed away in 2002 and we had a son together. My son is now almost 13 years old. My husband's mother is still living but has been in a nursing home for the past 5 years. She is still able to talk on the phone but cannot walk. The nursing home is about an hour drive for me each way. I am re-married and would rather not have any contact with her anymore. She calls me all the time and if I don't answer, she'll keep calling and leaving messages on my machine until I call her back. My son has never been close with her and we only visit her 3 times/year. Does she have a legal right to see my son and/or sue me for any type of visitation? Thank you.

Sadly she probably has no legal rights to force you to let her see her grandson. That said I think it cruel you don't at least let her talk to her grandson on the phone. Would you want your future daughter in law cut you off from your grandchildren when your son dies?
