Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, my husband quit the home more than one year ago while I was getting his second PFA in two years. The first one was protecting our son, in that time 4 years old. He took computers, tvs, and his belongings without telling address. In all this time he has failed to maintain contact with the son despite the PFA says he could call me only for issues of the child. He does not provide either financial support leaving me with all the responsibility. Could I file divorce on fault grounds with those PFA and his desertion? If so, the same forms for divorce no fault could serve me? Or I have to wait one year more?? and in the meantime to obtain modification for the joint custody we have already. Thanks for your help.

You should immediately contact an attorney. There is nothing stopping you from filing a divorce now. You can file file depending on your circumstance for both spousal and child support. you can certainly add fault grounds to a divorce but if so I would definitely recommend having an atttorney.
