Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Husband Secretly Recording Arguments

My husband has been picking fights with me, then once I am angry, and respond back, he has been secretly recording me. He's extremely controlling, and I've recently started taking up for myself. I don't know what the motive could be, nor what he seeks to gain. He rages at me, calms down, then will ask me a question, knowing very well I will become upset, then he records my response back to him.I think he may be hoping to use this against me when, and if he files for divorce, and child custody. Can these tapes be used in a divorce proceeding?

No but they will be usable at his criminal trial for violating the wire tap law of Pennsylvania.

It is ILLEGAL in Pennsylvania to make an audio recording of another without their consent.
