Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I are separated no divorce papers have been filed yet he has just called me and told me he cancelled my car insurance which I am under the impression he cannot do until I have other insurance, can he legally do this, he said my insurance is cancelled as of Monday and this is Saturday.

Yes, he can do that. I would suggest that you retain a lawyer asap. You may be entitled to spousal support (which you can file for through your local domestic relations) and if your not entitled to that, you may qualify for alimony pendente lite (which would require the filing of the divorce complaint.)
