Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
my husband and i have seperated in April and decided to try and work things out in June. While we were seperated I filed for custody got full time and he gets to see our son saturday morning until sunday night. I had recently been finding empty heroin bags, spoons with the little cotton ball thing in them and needles. I am leaving him again for this reason this coming weekend. I do not want him around my son until he is a responsible adult and gets clean. What can I do seems how the court already ordered that he gets to see him every other weekend? Oh and i have kept the needles in a safe place incase i can use them in court, do u know if they will be helpful towards my case?

Initially, I'd be extremely careful about having drug paraphernalia in your possession for fear that the authorities will think it belongs to YOU. My advice would be to turn it over to the police ASAP, and let the chips fall where they may.
In fact, doing just that is probably your best bet to support an Emergency Petition to Modify Custody -- which you need to file now to change the current order allowing an overnight visit. I strongly suggest you sit down with a local family law attorney immediately to go over your options. In fact, if you'd like to talk offsite, my office is just down 309 from you.
Best of luck to you and your son.
