Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Me and my husband have been seperated since 2003. no legal paperwork involved, I have no contact with him at all , but if something was to happen to him,,,,, say die,,,, would his daughter,brother have to notify me? or could they just bury him and I would never know?

As a spouse you would have rights in his estate and you should be notified in the event of a death.
