Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I seperated for a few months, put our house up for sale and I moved myself and our kids into my parents house. Since then he has moved in as well. I keep asking him to leave and he refuses, can I kick him out since it is not my house?

OK, why did you and your parent's let him move in at all?

Your parents would have to serve him a notice to quit. A notice that says that he has X days to get out. If he doesn't move out they can file for a writ of possession at the local District Magistrate Judge's office.
