Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband & i have been seperated 4 over a year now, i caught him cheating on me 11 years ago, & took him back,,since then he has cheated on me more than once,,he was livin with a stripper, & forged my name on aloan on my truck,,bank sais he says that i signed my name,,even though i didnt,, is that legal,,have many properties & dealership that he has also signed my name on vehicle titles,,even though dealership is in my name,,he has no dealership license,, all in my name,,we own many properties & worth close 2 $4,000,000,,does he have a right 2 sign my name 2 documents without my consent????????? please help me...i am very concerned he is trying 2 take all that might b mine???

How is he getting a notary to notarize your signature when it isn't yours?
