Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I have been seperated a year, but the divorce settlement has not happened yet. I own half of the house he is living in and I was wondering if he is legally allowed to move his girlfriend in without my permission.

You should discuss this issue with your attorney. certainly as a co owner you are entitiled to receive one half of any rent or money his girl friend is paying. You may be able to bring this up in your divorce settlement
