Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband and i have been seperated for 8 yrs now and he has a personal loan against our house and on the morgage is my signature but i did not sign it and you can only tell its not mine.

he has me on his insurance i would like to stay on it

and he has me as receving 100% of his pension if somthing was to happen to him if i devorice him will he be responable for his loan and will i still have the insurance and his benefits and how can i keep the house

You have aske numerous questions. Your situation is not easy to answer. If you are considering a divorce you should meet with an attorney. The loan against the house was it ake after you separated or before? Unless you contest it in a reasonable time after you became aware of it it may work negatively against you in the future. . there are many issues that need to be worked out should you file for divorce. The home is in both names and is a marital asset. I suggest you speak with an attoreny to evaluate your situation more in depth.
