Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband signed an acknowledgement of paternity when his son was born since he was not married to the mother. Since then, it may be that he is not the father of the child. He has paid child support for this child but has not been allowed to see him as the mother has been in contempt of custody agreement. Will be still be able to have visitation as long as he continues to pay child support since he signed the acknowledgment form?

Whether your husband pays child support or not doesn't affect his custody rights. If mother is in contempt you need to file a contempt petition with the court.
