Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I have been having trouble for over 11 years. I had an 8 month affair, he told me we could work things out and thats what we have been trying to do over the last 11 years. In that time peroid, I feel I have been emotionally abused, physcially abused, until recently where I have put my foot down and told him I don't want to talk about my affair anymore its been 11 years and there is no need to. I have been to a number of counselors and he will not go with me. Says I will not do what they tell me to do. I do want you to know that over the 11 years, I did lie to him, blame him, argue with him. All I have ever wanted is to have things be right again, to have him idolize me like he used to. I am slowly finding that I really have no life and need to get away from him for at least a year. We have a credit card bill that is outrageous, we are paying for a new car, we have no mortgage payments. We do have a home equity loan. He tell me that I am responsible for the school and property taxes if I move out. I don't even know what I am responsible for. I just know I need a life away from him for a while. I live in pennsylvania can you help me understand what it is i need to do nexr?

If he remains in the house, then he would be responsible for the household bills from the time you are out of it. You do not mention having any kids. I would keep track of any and all bank accounts and credit cards. If you want to discuss the divorce process, please contact me for a free 1/2 hour consult.
