Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband walked out on me and my 10 month old son approx 2 weeks ago, he stated he wants to be a father to his son, but basically our marriage is over. We have a mortage payment which I do not make enough money to pay, along with child care bills etc. We also have joint bank accounts. I have no idea what direction I should be going in to best protect myself and our son? Any suggestions would be helpful.

First, make sure your pay is not put in the joint accounts. Next, you should file for child support and spousal support. You should then talk to a lawyer to review the situation.
