can a husband and wife agree about custody child support and alimony without going to court my husband doesn't want to pay child support and i won't pay him alimony

yes, you and your Husband can reach an agreement regarding child support and alimony before you ever set foot in court. In fact, Judges prefer if the parties settle issues such as child support and alimony themselves without requiring the Judge to make a decision. If you and your Husband reach an agreement on alimony and child support issues, the two of you can sign a document called Marital Settlement Agreement that states clearly what the two of you are agreeing to do. This document then gets incorporated into the Divorce Decree that is signed by the Judge, and then it has the same legal weight as any other Order issued by the Court.
