Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Iam 16 and i live with my granparents, however my mom is recieving child support money and i do not recive a penny from it nor do my granparents who are taking care of me is there anything i or they can do about that.

also last febuary my mom bought a playstation 3 for me as a late xmas gift. she refused to let me take it althought it is my property what can i do about that?

Child support is owed to the child. That said the person paying the child support is the one with standing (the right to sue) to see that it goes to the people taking care of you.

So unless you father wishes to do something about it. Nothing will change.
