immigration and divorce

but my husband lives in PA?i am here at my uncles house in texas due to his behaviour,would it matter?can he cancel my immigration?i am really stuck right now....i will try to take an advice of an attorney soon by monday but how much i am secure?can i fight here from texas?i am stuck i have no one to go and stay at PA?what should i do to secure my immigration?

You really need to talk to a good immigration attorney as soon as possible.

If your husband is not living here it really complicates matters and may effect your ability to get a divorce here. Once you have talked to the immigration attorney you need to talk to a family law attorney who has handled situations like this before.
