inheritance after divorce

Ex-wife inherits a sizable sum of money after divorce is final. Is ex-husband entitle to any of the inheritance. Married for 17 years.

Re: inheritance after divorce

If divorce is final, then ex-husband is not entitled to any portion of it. even if still married, inheritance is excluded from marital property. If you have a support order, it could be relevant as to that issue.
