Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Best interest of child

My ex husband and I have joint custody of our child. I have primary physical custody. My ex is selling his house and moving in with his girlfriend that has 3 children. Her oldest is 17 and has austism. There has already been one issue of this child injuring my son by pulling his hair. My son is 11 months old. My ex has said that he was thinking about putting a lock on my son's bedroom door to prevent accidents while all are sleeping. I feel this is unsafe. Do I have any rights with this issue?

Re: Best interest of child

The father's move into the girlfriend's home would be a change of circumstances that would allow a modification of the custody order. You should speak to an attorney. I offer freee consultations.
