Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

In an Interim Order For Custody, Pending Trial, it says I shall request such things as a psychological evaluation within (15) days of the date of the order. But how do I request a psychological evaluation? In York County Pa.

That is usually work out between attorneys. If you don't have an attorney and the other party does then you are at a huge disadvantage.
