Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, My name is Jackie, I have a son named Ian, and his father doesn't do anything for him, I am being evicted by the end of the month and would have to move to Florida, can I file custody there, or no because Ian was Born in Pennsylvania? There is no custody agreement whatsoever. thank you for your help.

If you don't seeks the court's permission to move the child. The father could make you come back to PA. So your best bet is to get a lawyer to make sure you can do what you want. If father will agree your move it will go much easier.
