Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

In jan 2011 me and my former wife singed a divorce decree out of court agreeing to giving her 55 present of my 401k I used the date we singed the agreement for the QUADRO she is now disputing it saying the date should be at the separation but we settled out of court the decree reads now this date jan242011

Why in god's name did you need a QDRO? A 401k doesn't require you do that. Only certain retirement plans require them. These plans are what are known as defined benefit plans.
