Joint Property

Wife has occupancy of marital property post divorce. Husband retains joint ownership.

Wife is renting the property and keeping proceeds in lieu of making mortgage payments.

OK I'm confused if she's keeping the rent money instead of making mortgage payments how does the mortgage get paid?
