Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Jurisdiction

A friend left his wife about a year ago in Israel and moved to the US. They are still in the midst of it but he found out recently that she had his Israeli bank accounts frozen until he pays what she wants. Can she do that to his US accounts as well, or do they have no jurisdiction here?

Re: Jurisdiction

Probably not. Unless the domesticated the action to a court in Pennsylvania. However, I can't recall a Pennsylvania court freezing a bank account due to a divorce.
