How long does my husband have to reside in MD before i can file Adultery. Md is where the adultery occurred. I am a PA resident.

He doesn't have to reside there at all. Assuming you're talking about charging him with the crime of adultery. That said I recall the penalty for adultery in Maryland is about $10.
