Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hello My name is Kay and I have a question and need some advice as to what to do. I recieved a email from my kids father stating the termanation of our child support order. The order looks and reads as if it is a real document but when I called to 34 s 11th st which where al these things r filed I was told that thee is no such order and nothing of that sort or no other changes as been made to my case. But this doc has a court date, judge name and room number and both of our names and the childs name and its saying he is to give a copy of this to his employer and copys will be sent to me his lawyer and child support etc.But child support is telling me there's no such Document an there was no hearing.....What do I do with this doc and who do I contact.

John Davidson Law Office of John A. Davidson

You need to contact the DRO and bring this document with you. Unless your children are over 18 and have graduated high school there is no way, if the father is working, that a support order was terminated.

You could also send a copy to his lawyer and demand an explanation. After all the DA will want one too.
