How can I take my kids and go back to my country ?
I am a scientist on H1B visa, and I have just quitted my job here and planed going back to China. But my wife (she is on H4)doesn't want to go back to China with me. She took my two kids (10 yr boy/born in China and 4 yr old girl/born in US) and hided somewhere without telling me where they went. I found her new address later on though. And she insists staying in US illegally with my kids and filed to the court for for child custody. I supposed to start my new job in China at the end of this month, and I need my kids going back to China with me, what shoul I do? Is it possible to reach a settlement on one cofference on custody conciliation on the court?

Do not attempot to do this on your own. Moving particulary out of the country is a complex custody issue, for which counsel is especially needed. If she will agree then it can be settled at the conference if she will not, you may need to have an expedited hearing. I offer free consultations.
