Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my kids live with my ex wife. We do not have a custody agreement. I pay child support and get the kids every other weekend. My 12 year old daughter now is asking to live with me because things are going wrong with her mother. She no longer has a bed in her home and is sleeping on the couch. Aparently my ex moved a man in that she met on the internet and he is mean to my daughter. When my daughter says stuff to my ex about the issues she tells my daughter that she deserves to be happy. Dont know how to start about getting custody of her.
