Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Is a lawyer drawn up paper that is also notarized, stating if a couple were to separate and they had a baby that one person would retain full custody of the child. I want to have such a contract drawn up so if my girlfriend and I separate I would get custody of our daughter and there wouldn't ever be child support to pay. Now is a document like this acknowledged in the courts? And would I also have to present this document to my local courthouse and have it filed with them? Or would the notory be enough with the lawyer made contract?

No. Courts determine custody be applying the best interest of the child standard to the facts.

Signatures are what are notarized. All the notary does is obtain proof that the person signing the document is who they say they are. The can NOT verify that the document is anything as doing so would be the unlicensed practice of law.
