Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I want to leave my husband, I want to move out is there anything I need to know before I do this. I don't know if we will get divorced but I need to get out of the house. He is very nasty with some of the things that he says to me and he puts me down all the time. We have not slept in the sample bed in 3years I just need to know if there is anything I need to to first?

Yes, you need to not move out. Its not required. Its possible once the divorce is started you could ask the court to make him move out. You don't say if there are children but that might be one reason the court could grant you special relief.

You want to make sure that you have the financial resources to see you through the divorce. There are several ways to do this.
