leaving the state and moving

my exhusband and i are not divorced yet. What are the chances that i can leave the state of pa to be closer to my family. right now i have primary custody of my daughter

Re: leaving the state and moving

review your present custody Order to see if it allows you to leave state. It probably does not you may need to get court approval to relocate with your child as it effects the right of your husbands partial custody. You should consult an attorney.
