Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I left my husband in Florida in 2005 and moved to Pa. I want to file for divorce since there seems to be no indication of reconciliation. We were married in NY in 1980. He is currently living in our house in Fl. I went to a lawyer here in Pa and was told to use a lawyer in Fl. The lawyer in Fl told me to use a lawyer in Pa. I don't want to keep paying consultation fees and not accomplish anything. According to the law where should I seek legal help?

You can be a plaintiff anywhere. The mere act of filing gives your consent to the personal jurisdiction to the court. Your husband could consent to having the divorce done in PA. If he doesn't then you'll have to sue for divorce where he lives.
