Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Legal and binding?

I am separated from my husband. In preparation for the divorce, we signed a document laying out the custody of our son. Even though he is w/my husband right now,is the signed document binding?

There is not really enough information to answer this inquiry - it depends upon the nature of the document and what you mean by "binding". Please provide more infomation.
