Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have legal custody of my Godson, his parents are not in the picture. After 9 years his Aunt wants to go to court for visitations every other week. The child is 15, does he have a say if he does not want to do the visit?

Tha aunt would not have "standing" to seek visitatio of the child, and you can object it on that basis and a 15 year old would have a say.

Only parents or those that have stood in the parent's shoes can file for custody/vsitation. That means that if a child has not lived with a relative, they cannot seek custody/visitation. The court will consider the desires of a 15 year old, as long as he has valid reasons to support his wishes.
