I have proper documentation to suuport my facts. I now have to submit a brief, I do not have an attorney and cannot afford one. How do I write this brief? Please help!

Re: Legal brief
Unfortunately, you are not going to find an attorney that will help you with a matter that you are handling pro per. There is too much risk involved and we are ethically and legally bound to be responsible for our advice.
You should consider three possible routes. 1) Hire an attorney and pay what you can, 2) find a legal clinic that can assist you at little or no cost, or 3) go to a local public law library and seek assistance. A librarian, that's not an attorney, hasn't got the same restrictions and can point you in directions that an attorney couldn't. You can also look up some of the basic texts about brief writing while you are there.
Sorry I can't of more assistance.
