First, there is NO such thing as a Legal Separation in Pennsylvania.

If his name is on the deed than he can move in or out.

If you want him to stay out you'll and assuming there is a divorce complaint filed you would file for an order of exclusive possession. If you don't have one filed then there's not much you can do till there is.
