Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have legal and physical custody of my 12 year old son. My ex-wife just sent me what appears to be fake documents for a hearing for visitation. i looked it up on westm'd county courts website and the documents can't be under the docket number on papers due to combination with another case. my question is who do i report her to? the police? the judge? somebody else?

First, contact the prothonotary in the county where the papers were filed and have them check to see if the papers were really filed. If an attorney endorsed them you could contact that attorney.

If the papers have not been filed then no court action can occur. The act of filing informs the court that they should do something. That said I would go to the prothonotary's office with the papers you receive and verify them. The Prothonotary's Office can't give you legal advice but they can verify the filing.
