Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Legal recourse on spouse in lawsuit

What legal recourse would someone have on my spouse if I were sued. Especially if there is a prenuptual agreement stating that my name is not on his business or home.

The answer depends on a lot conditions. For example is your spouse's business incorporated and does he run it as a separate entity or does he run it as an extension of him self. Also is he being sued individually or is his company being sued. Your prenuptial agreement really may not be very useful in this situation.
