Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

legal rights, child custody

I have been separated for more than 2 years and have been paying child support. I filed for divorce and found out that my ex has quit her job, moved out of her house and taken my child. My child has lived with her mother since the separation, and I have visitation. I can not locate them. What are my rights and can I get information from Domestic relations as to change of address? Can my divorce be finalized due to unlocatable spouse?
