My Legal Rights

My son's Birth Certficate is under someelses name. I took a Dna exam and I get my results on 4/5/2007. I want to know how and what can I do to change his Birth Certificate?

Well the other man is either married to your child's mother or signed an acknowledgement of paternity. In any event a court order is likely going to be required.
