Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Legal Separation in Divorce
My husband filed a divorce complaint in Dec. 2006. He used Oct. 2006 as the separation date. We have been trying to work on the marriage and are currently sleeping together. Can I get the separation date changed? This would mean I entitled to a few more months of the equitable distribution.

A few more months of equitable distribution? A few more months of spousal support?
Just because you are currently cohabiting does not necessarily mean that the date of separation can or would be changed. A few more facts would be needed to make that determination.
