Legal Separation

What is the law in Pa for Legal Separtion, or if it even exists anymore.

Strictly speaking there is no decree that declares a couple legally separated.

That said, then how does one get a divorce on grounds of two years separation?

You have to live separate and apart for 2 years and you have to have some indication that there was a breakdown of the marriage. Its even possible to be "separated" and live under the same roof.
