Legal seperation in PA

If I can become legally seperated

from my husband, what if any am I responsible for any of his debts.

Such as car payments, his name only, utilities, credit cards, his name only.

Under Pennsylvania law there is no such thing as a "legal separation". However, if your name is on the note for his car or his credit card you shouldn't be liable.

That said it doesn't mean that his creditors won't try to come after you.
