legal services not redered
I had a divorce decree and order saying that a fee simple deed was to be signed by my x-wife to turn property over to me. her lawyer was to keep the deed in escrow until money conditions were met by me. they were met almost 8 years ago and i still have not received my deed, and my x-wifes name is still on the deed. i contacted her lawyer, and she said that they lost all records. what can i do???please help. do you think that i can sue the lawyers. hers and mine?

It sounds like you may have a malpractice case against the lawyer that was supposed to have kept the signed deed. When did you meet your financial obligations and did you notify the attorney?
