Legality of Separation Agreement after the Death of One Party

Does a separation agreement continue to be enforcable in regards to both parties agreement for sharing college expenses of children aged 18 and older - when party dies?

Depends on what the separation agreement says happens. If it doesn't then you would have make a claim on the estate.
